  • Tai Chi

    Incorporating music with the five elements form of Tai Chi (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water), Christine Neumayer promotes overall health and total body harmony while developing strength and cardio in a relaxing, open environment. (all ages)

    Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m.

  • Walking Group

    Do you want to be more active? Have you been putting it off, not certain what to do, not feeling motivated? Take a step in the right direction and join the 4 Korners’ Walking Group.  It’s for all age groups, all levels of physical fitness and stroller friendly.

    The Walking Group meets weekly, on Mondays, at 9:45 a.m., at 4 Korners Family Resource Center, 200, rue Henri-Dunant in Deux-Montagnes. It is free for 4 Korners members.

    As this activity takes place year-round (on hiatus in the winter months), new participants can join the group at any time and as often as they like. Call (450-974-3940) or email (info@4kornerscenter.org) for more information or to register.
